Print Keyvisual: Messe Berlin Your Center Stage
Another Jovoto contest entry: The briefing asked to design a keyvisual and find a fitting claim for ‘Messe Berlin’ (Berlin Fair). This was my first idea and I wasn’t really paying attention to the briefing, maybe that’s why I just scored the 15th place and went home with nothing than experience. Center Stage translated into German means Mittelpunkt and / or Podium…to take someth. center stage would be etwas in den Mittelpunkt stellen.
My keyvisual is basically the original logo of Messe Berlin, which acts as a stage – everything can be placed, shown or presented on it. Together with the timeline, which belongs to the visual concept it forms the keyvisual.
The timeline is endless, every single part of it stands for one specific fair. It would be possible to play with this timeline in context with the logo or for example in environmental installations, video animations or on the streets…It is perfect to show the huge amount of different fairs hold at Messe Berlin or to mark things…
